The marriage of Cup of Flow and The Lunch Box That Rocks has given us an all day restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and a limited evening menu. The menu features a variety of hot and cold sandwiches and salads, with daily specials. All the lunches include one side, a beverage and dessert, which is cake du jour. Our favorites are the Greek chicken Philly and the regular chicken Philly. There is a full beverage menu, too. They have regular music offerings in the evening as well as live jazz at lunch. There are vegetarian options as well.
