Stacks Cheddar Truck is one of several food trucks in the Southern Pines area. They offers a variety of menu items, but their main focus is on grilled cheese sandwiches. While grilled cheese sandwiches sound pretty basic, Stacks serves this American classic with a twist.
By incorporating unique ingredients and flavors (like the yeast donut and pickled green tomatoes found on The Homer), they’ve found a way to take grilled cheese sandwiches to the next level.
Personally, we think it’s the best place to get grilled cheese in Moore County. Pictured above is the Garden Grill. As you can see, it’s packed with a refreshing combo of ingredients.
While they normally park their truck around Southern Pines Brewing Company, the Stacks truck occasionally travels around the state for various food truck friendly events.
