Theo’s Taverna is a Mediterranean restaurant in Pinehurst set inside of a country house with linen table service. It’s a great spot for a business lunch or a date.

It was hot outside, so we opted for the indoor dining room, but they do have a patio for outdoor dining on nice days.

We went for lunch and had the chicken souvlaki, tortellini soup, a gyro platter, and finished with baklava. Everything was fresh and had good flavors.
